All necessary repair work is carried out immediately in order to always keep the mould in good working condition for the next production. As a rule, we take out all moving partsafter a certain period of production and clean them properly.

All parts which are work or damaged are repaired or replaced immediately. O-rings are renewed after each maintenance run. We apply a thin layer of Molykote G onto the sliding parts of the mould and rub in with a leather. We also apply Molykote D (white) onto the mould sliders.
